Crockpot Fajita Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. thawed chicken breast tenderloins

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1 sleeve fajita seasoning

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to crock pot. Stir and cover.

  • Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.

  • When done, use a handheld mixer to shred chicken. No draining necessary.

  • Use chicken to make tacos, nachos or even quesadillas!
